Staff roster
Adviser only. One person per line: name, then their class period (Ava Rodriguez, P3). Pasting two columns from a spreadsheet works too. Removing a name hides it from the name picker; stories they already submitted or built keep their name.
Roles
Changes save as you make them.
- Section editor: pick their sections. Stories in those sections, in their class period, that sit unclaimed for 2 school days turn red, wiggle, and name them.
- Managing editor: one per period. Gets stories unclaimed for 4 school days, or claimed but unpublished for 3.
- Super admin: your EICs. Can archive and delete, and sees the whole newsroom check.
